I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The deluxe king room was comfy and well-designed, providing great amenities. The service was top-notch with extremely friendly staff welcoming me like a 5-star hotel. The location, although a bit far from some attractions, was convenient with nearby cafes and stores. The dining experience at Mama Kim downstairs was delightful and value for money.
The hotel is conveniently located just a few minutes' drive away from most eateries and popular spots in town. The rooms, despite not being soundproof, offer ample space and come equipped with essential amenities, including a mini fridge and a hairdryer. However, the service, although attentive, could benefit from further training. The place is lit with small aroma therapy lemongrass, adding a nice touch to the atmosphere. Mama Kim restaurant on-site offers good value for money dining options. Two noteworthy features are the availability of filtered water outside the rooms and the proximity to tourist attractions. On the downside, the hotel is not centrally situated in the town and lacks well-trained staff members.
